Beta tester terms
Thanks for helping test NightHerald. By creating an account during the pilot, you agree to the points below. Full terms of service and a privacy policy will replace them before public launch.
1. It's a beta
NightHerald is still being built. Features may change, break or be removed, and we may end the beta at any time. We're providing it as is, without warranties of any kind.
2. Check your posts
We work hard to publish every post on time, but we can't guarantee that a post goes out, goes out on schedule, or looks exactly as previewed. Instagram and Facebook can also reject or delay posts. Keep an eye on your campaign and don't rely on the app alone for anything time-critical.
3. Keep unreleased features to yourself
Please don't share screenshots, recordings or details of features that haven't been publicly announced. Posts the app publishes for your events are yours to share, of course.
4. Feedback
Ideas, bug reports and suggestions you send us can be used to improve the product, without owing you anything for them.
5. Your content and accounts
You're responsible for what you publish through the app and for having the rights to the flyers, photos and names you use. Only connect Pages and Instagram accounts you're allowed to post for.
6. Your data
We use your account details, event information and connected-account access only to run the service. We don't sell your data. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time through the contact page.
