Delete your data

You can remove NightHerald's access to Facebook and Instagram, or delete everything we hold about you.

Remove Facebook and Instagram access

1. Sign in to NightHerald and open the Account page.
2. Choose Disconnect next to your Facebook Page. We delete the stored access tokens right away and stop publishing.

Or, from Facebook: go to Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business Integrations, find NightHerald and choose Remove.

Delete your account and all its data

1. Email privacy@nightherald.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my data".
2. We confirm the request and delete your account, events, campaigns, uploaded images and Facebook and Instagram tokens within 30 days.
3. We email you when it's done.

Posts already published to your Page or Instagram stay there, since they belong to your accounts. You can delete them on Facebook or Instagram.
